5 Spring Event Trends for 2018

Spring is right around the corner! We're shedding our winter gear and looking forward to all the color, fun, and warmth that spring has to offer. Regardless of what you are planning this spring, there are a couple of event trends that are popping up at every gathering. Let's see what the spring trends are for 2018!

1. Succulents / Garden-Themed

Succulents are everywhere. They are great as gifts, can be fun party decor, and even a becoming a new cupcake design feature! Succulents are an excellent option for your not so "flowery" friends. They are a great use of color, easy to maintain, and give great texture to a space.

2. Soft Pink

Everything is a little more muted this year when it comes to color. Soft pink or "millennial pink" has taken off. You will find this on invitations, balloons, and tableware. Soft pink is a great way to infuse color without overwhelming a space. It goes great with everything and can be paired fantastically with gold or silver accents for a dinner party. 

3. Rosé

All hail the new queen bee in spring cocktails. Rosé gained popularity over the past few years and it has shown to be a trend that's going to continue into 2018. It is the crème de la crème of instagrammable drinks. Also, did you know you can try rosé blended? (read: frosé!)

4. Balloons

No longer are balloons just for children's parties, they are now fully adult approved. With these masterpieces being created in numerous different colors and styles, you can't go wrong with adding balloons to your next event. They can add to any gender reveal, birthday party, or anniversary. 

5. Neon Signs

Neon signs are all the rage. They are popping up at launch parties and birthday's alike. They can be a fantastics gift or used more than once if you are an event rentals company. Your guests will love the unique addition. It is also great transitional piece from a day to night event especially during those warm spring nights.
